New to our Fabrics department at Wincanton: Little Greene Paint & Wallpaper
Little Greene is a family-run business with its factory sitting in the foothills of Mount Snowdon in North Wales.
The name Little Greene originated from a small 18th-century Hamlet to the east of Manchester where in the 1700’s, operating on the banks of the River Irk and Irkwell, Joshuah Rowlands had a business supplying pigments and dye called The Little Greene Dye Works.
Little Greene Paint & Paper was established very close to this original site and takes its inspiration from Rowlands’s philosophy of no compromise on formulating colour. Its fundamental principles of formulating and making paints have not changed much since that era.
Little Greene takes inspiration for its colours from its collaboration with The National Trust.
Little Greene Paints is proud of its consistently high quality, something that attracts interior designers and professional painters and decorators alike.
We are very proud to join the long list of professionals who are endorsing this product, and we look forward to seeing you in our Wincanton shop where we have tester pots, sample cards, and wallpaper sample books for you to browse.
